At the heart of our culinary offerings is Owner/Chef Gajraj Singh Yadav (Raj). Drawing upon his extensive 29-year career in Auckland's esteemed international hotels, including positions as Executive Chef and Group Food and Beverage Manager at Heritage Hotels, Millennium, and Copthorne Hotels, as well as his experiences in renowned restaurants, Raj brings a wealth of expertise to The Brigham.
