The menu includes traditional and contemporary European cuisine using local produce to create the seasonal changing menu. Our Chef has extensive experience in all aspects of al a carte and banquet catering in both New Zealand and Overseas.

Our menu changes regularly with a vast selection of dishes to suit all diners including All Day Big Breakfast, fish, burgers honey marinated Satays and vegetarian options.
dinner menu
Our dinner menu encompasses a wide selection of dishes including seafood, steak risotto and other tasty dishes designed by our Executive Chef. You can choose from our indoor/outdoor seating areas. You can be assured an excellent dining experience at a reasonable price.
childrens menu
For the little ones we have smaller meals including a special lunch box full of nibbles.
high tea
Come and enjoy an English High Tea at The Brigham Restaurant, just like the hotels have, with the high tea stands, floral napkins, and all the trimmings.
