Joe and Raewyn Chojnacki are the owners of The Brigham Restaurant. We are local people living in Hobsonville.
Raewyn has had extensive catering experience in both restaurant and banquet catering having worked in the industry for the past 20 years. For Joe the catering industry is new and he is loving the challenge.
Joe and Raewyn are passionate about their restaurant and offer a friendly affordable dining experience.
The ambience and out door dining is a feature of the restaurant with many people spending several hours over lunch. |
Our Chef’s signature dish is gracefully aged scotch fillet cooked to your liking on dauphonise potatoes with bacon wrapped beans and your choice of mushroom or peppercorn sauce.
